These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CollectionCardsClub
("Service"), an independent platform for Trading Card Game ("TCG") collectors. By creating
an account or using the Service, you confirm you've read, understood and accept these Terms.
1. WHO CAN USE
You may use the Service if you are 10 or older. Users between 10 and 12 must have explicit
consent from a legal guardian to create an account (COPPA / LGPD compliance). By clicking
"Create account" a guardian confirms this consent has been granted.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
CollectionCardsClub is an independent fan site for cataloging and comparing personal
collections. We are NOT affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Creatures
Inc., or any rights holder of franchises referenced or cataloged in the Service. Card images
in the catalog are courtesy of the public pokemontcg.io API and remain the copyright of
their respective owners.
3. ACCOUNT AND ANTI-FRAUD
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your
credentials safe. The Service uses a camera scanner with rigorous structural verification.
Attempts to cheat — including photographing third-party cards, internet images, catalog
scans, screens or counterfeit cards — will result in immediate account suspension and ranking
removal.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to: (a) publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory content or content
inappropriate for a 10+ audience; (b) use profanity in usernames, messages or profile
(automatic filter active); (c) attempt to access restricted areas; (d) automate interactions
via bots; (e) resell, redistribute or monetize Service data without written authorization.
5. POKÉCLUB VALUATION
Displayed values are proprietary estimates calculated by an internal algorithm based on
rarity, set and observed demand. They are NOT real market prices, official quotes, purchase
offers or financial advice. We are not liable for commercial decisions based on these values.
6. REGIONAL CARD MAPPING
Brazilian Portuguese cards without a direct match in the international TCG database may be
automatically mapped to the equivalent international version (same illustrator + same number
+ same Pokémon) for cataloging and ranking purposes. The physical card in your collection is
the one you scanned — the mapping is purely technical.
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By publishing comments, messages or profile info, you warrant you own the rights and grant
the Service a non-exclusive license to display that content. We may remove content violating
these Terms at any time.
8. THIRD-PARTY IP (DMCA / notices)
Rights holders who believe their material is being misused should email
legal@collectioncardsclub.com with: work identification, specific URL, contact info and a
good-faith statement. We respond within 7 business days with removal or justification.
9. RANKINGS AND MINIGAMES
Rankings and minigames (Arena, Emberfox, Who's That?) are strictly for fun. They confer no
rights, prizes or commercial benefits. We may reset rankings, change rules or discontinue
features at any time.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted availability, absolute
identification/valuation accuracy. Our maximum liability under any scenario is capped at
amounts actually paid by you to the Service in the last 12 months (which, on the free plan,
equals US$ 0.00).
11. SUSPENSION / TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior
notice. You may delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete account.
12. CHANGES
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email and/or
in-app notice at least 15 days in advance.
13. GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of the user's domicile, with express waiver of any other venue.
